GOODIES n GINA FOUNDATION is registered as a company by guarantee in the United States of America. We are therefore operating as a Non Governmental Organization (NGO).
The founders of the foundation are Isaac Abeidu- Aidoo and Regina Esi Ahorlu.
ELEVATOR PITCH
GOODIES n Gina Foundation (GnG) is an NGO that seeks to repair broken dreams of the Vulnerable, Marginalized and talented individuals in Ghana and Africa through Arts and Agriculture.
We don’t want any physical or biological situation to be a stumbling block to the dreams of the marginalized and vulnerable in our society. We want to elevate these individuals by fashioning innovative programs that will provide them with sustainable livelihood in the Arts and Agriculture

Vision, Mission and Values of the Organisation
1. Vision
a. To fulfill the dreams and aspirations of the talented but marginalized , women empowerment and vulnerable youth in Ghana.
Mission
b. To inspire and empower talented marginalized and vulnerable youth in Ghana through innovative music schemes and agro schemes that will improve on their living conditions and give them a sense of belongingness.
Values
c. To achieve this mission of the organisation, the organisation and all its members, officers and/or employees, shall be governed by the following core values:
(i) Honesty- We believe that truthfulness is the bedrock of success and sustainability in social endeavours. To make the dreams of the marginalized come true means they must believe in GOODIES n GINA Foundation. And it is only an atmosphere of honesty that can make this believe in GOODIES n GINA Foundation possible.
(ii) Dedication- We have a team that is ready to dedicate their time and energy to make the dreams of the marginalized possible.
(iii) Patience- We know that honing talents needs patience and we are therefore committed to a patient environment that would always encourage rather than discourage.
(iv) Fairness- We eschew bias and favouritism. We exhibit fairness to all irrespective of gender, ethnicity, religion and nationality.
(v) Accountability- GnG takes accountability seriously and applies all the necessary tools ad methods to ensure accountability in all of its activities.
(vi) Independence- GOODIES n GINA FOUNDATION will be independent of political, religious or any partisan affiliation.
2. The objects for which the Organisation is formed are:
(i) The organisation shall identify talented but marginalized and vulnerable individuals in the prisons and on the streets. These individuals will then be trained so as to hone their skills and then come out with music productions and also help them to start a viable venture in agriculture that will propel them to Ghanaians and the world. The organisation has an experienced team of staff who will duly make all these possible.
(ii) The organisation shall undertake research works to collect data before, during and after its activities. The Research team will also come out with evidence-based research on issues relating to the organisation’s strategic themes. The Research team will be responsible for developing policy briefs, concept papers and data collection and analysis of all programs and projects.
(iii) The organisation shall rigorously undertake fund raising programs through domestic and international support channels so as to be able to carry out its programs.
(iv) The organisation shall continually build the capacity of staff so as to equip them with emerging trends and practices so as to help the organisation meets its mission and vision. Beneficiaries of programs shall also have their capacity enhanced so as to meet project goals.
(v) The organisation shall initiate programs and models in music and the agro sectors so as to continually be relevant in helping the poor , empowering women through agribusiness and marginalized talented individuals.
